Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026 — version 2

This policy explains how Induscoat Solutions uses cookies and similar technologies on induscoatsolutions.com, wherever you are. We apply the strictest rule everywhere: no non-essential cookie is set before your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Sections 4 to 9 set out the rights specific to your country: Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Morocco and other countries.

01.What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that your browser stores on your device at a website's request. It lets the site recognise your browser from one page to the next or from one visit to the next. The similar technologies covered by this policy include browser local storage (localStorage) and audience-measurement identifiers. A cookie cannot run programs or transmit viruses.

02.What we use — and what we do not

Essential cookies (strictly necessary — no consent required): • induscoat_cookie_consent (local storage) — stores your consent choice, its date and the policy version accepted. Duration: 12 months. • induscoat-locale — remembers your language (French or English) to route you to the right version of the site. Duration: 12 months. Audience-measurement cookies (set only after your consent) — Google Analytics 4, provider Google LLC: • _ga — distinguishes visitors using a randomly generated identifier. Duration: 24 months. • _ga_[property identifier] — maintains the measurement session state. Duration: 24 months. Audience measurement serves one purpose: knowing which pages are visited and how the site is used, so we can improve it. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not enable personalised advertising, remarketing, Google Signals or advertising data sharing (Google consent mode is set to “denied” for every advertising purpose). We do NOT use: • advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies; • social media pixels or trackers; • session recording tools; • cookies set by commercial partners. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for advertising purposes — in any country.

03.How your consent works

• Opt-in everywhere: on your first visit, only essential cookies are active. Google Analytics loads only after you click “Accept analytics”. The “Decline” and “Accept” buttons are equally prominent. • Withdrawal at any time: the “Manage cookies · Do Not Sell or Share” link at the bottom of every page reopens the banner. Declining after having accepted stops measurement and deletes the _ga cookies from your browser. • Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a refusal and the banner is not shown. • Duration: your choice is kept for 12 months. You are asked again when it expires, or earlier if this policy changes substantially (version number at the top of the page). • Declining has no effect on your access to the site: no feature depends on optional cookies.

04.Canada — PIPEDA and Law 25 (Quebec)

Induscoat Solutions is established in Quebec. Audience-measurement cookies are enabled only with your manifest, free and informed consent, in accordance with Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). Your rights: access to your information, correction, withdrawal of consent, and information on any communication outside Quebec (measurement data is processed by Google LLC and may be hosted outside Canada). Person in charge of the protection of personal information: H. MAROUAZI — contact@induscoatsolutions.com. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

05.European Union and EEA — GDPR and ePrivacy Directive

If you visit this site from the European Union or the EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive apply. • Legal basis: strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); audience-measurement cookies rely exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive), collected before any cookie is set and withdrawable as easily as it was given. • Transfers outside the EU/EEA: measurement data is processed by Google LLC (United States) and by Induscoat Solutions (Canada, recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection). Transfers to the United States rely on the mechanisms recognised by the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (for example the CNIL in France or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland). • Retention: 24 months for measurement identifiers, 12 months for your consent choice.

06.United Kingdom — UK GDPR and PECR

For visitors from the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) apply. The rules described in the previous section apply identically: prior consent for audience measurement, essential cookies exempt, and rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Data transfers outside the United Kingdom rely on the mechanisms recognised by the UK government (adequacy regulations, including the one covering Canada, or the International Data Transfer Agreement). You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

07.United States — CCPA/CPRA and state privacy laws

For visitors in the United States, state privacy laws apply depending on where you live — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states. • We do not sell and do not share (within the meaning of the CPRA) your personal information, and we use no targeted-advertising cookies. The “Manage cookies · Do Not Sell or Share” link at the bottom of the page nonetheless lets you opt out of all audience measurement. • Global Privacy Control signal: we honour your browser's GPC signal as an opt-out request, with no further action on your part. • Your rights: to know what information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive information (we collect none), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. • Categories collected through cookies: online identifiers and browsing activity data, solely for internal audience measurement. To exercise a right: contact@induscoatsolutions.com. We respond within the time limits set by your state's law.

08.Morocco — Law 09-08 and CNDP

For visitors from Morocco, Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data applies, under the supervision of the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). • Consent: audience measurement is enabled only after your express consent; essential cookies are necessary to provide the service you request. • Your rights: right to information, right of access, right of rectification and right to object, exercisable by email at contact@induscoatsolutions.com. • Transfers: measurement data is processed in Canada and by Google LLC in the United States, in accordance with the conditions set by Law 09-08 for transfers abroad. • Complaints: you may refer the matter to the CNDP (cndp.ma). The group Induscoat Solutions belongs to is present in Morocco; requests from Moroccan visitors can be handled in French or Arabic.

09.Other countries

Wherever you are, you receive the same treatment: no non-essential cookie without your consent, withdrawal possible at any time, no sale or sharing of data. If the law of your country grants you additional rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), we honour them on request at contact@induscoatsolutions.com, within the time limits set by that law or, failing that, within 30 days.

10.Browser settings

Independently of the banner, you can block or delete cookies from your browser: • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies • Safari: Settings > Privacy > Cookies • Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies You can also install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our tools or the law. The date and version number at the top of the page are updated with each change. A substantial change triggers a new consent request on your next visit.
