Overview
Buying equipment from a foreign manufacturer is only a good decision if support exists afterwards. We are that support: a local contact who answers in your time zone and your language, identifies the right part from your serial number, knows the lead times, and escalates to the manufacturer's engineering when the answer is not in the manual. We build recommended spare parts lists at delivery rather than after the first breakdown, and we advise on what is worth holding on site against what can be ordered when needed.

Service FAQ
Do you keep critical spare parts in stock in Canada?
For fast-moving wear items and parts we identify as critical with the customer, stocking is agreed case by case with the manufacturer. The recommended spare parts list issued at delivery states which items are worth holding on site and which can reasonably be ordered on demand.
Can you support equipment bought before working with you?
For the brands we represent, yes — the serial number is enough to identify the configuration and its parts. For other equipment we will say honestly whether we can help or whether you are better served by the original supplier.
