Every order is delivered with its material certificates, test reports and operating documentation.

How do you size equipment for a specific duty?
Selection starts from your process data — throughput, feed size and characteristics, target product, operating temperature and duty cycle — and from the physical constraints of the installation. We issue a written selection note stating the assumptions used, so the basis of the proposal is auditable rather than implicit.
Do you handle import, customs and delivery to remote sites?
Yes. We handle export documentation, rules of origin, customs clearance and inland transport, including oversize loads and winter-road or seasonal-access constraints for remote operations. The Incoterm applicable to each order is stated in the quotation.
