Commercial representation for equipment manufacturers

We act as the local commercial arm of equipment manufacturers seeking access to the Canadian and North American industrial market.

Overview

Induscoat Solutions represents equipment manufacturers who want to sell into Canadian and North American mining, energy and processing operations without opening a subsidiary. We carry your range to maintenance, reliability, production and procurement departments, qualify opportunities against real site constraints, adapt your technical documentation to the local regulatory and bilingual context, and maintain field presence through the full sales cycle. Each agreement defines the territory, the product range, the level of exclusivity and the commercial objectives, with regular pipeline reporting back to the manufacturer.

Typical Applications

  • Market entry into Canada for an overseas manufacturer

FAQ

Service FAQ

Do you work on an exclusive basis?

Both models are possible. Exclusivity is normally granted by territory and by product range, against agreed commercial objectives, and is set out in the representation agreement. Non-exclusive arrangements are common when a manufacturer is testing the market before committing.

Do you hold inventory for the manufacturers you represent?

Stocking is agreed case by case. Critical spare parts and fast-moving wear items are the usual candidates, since local availability is often what decides a sale. Capital equipment is generally supplied to order.
